How does your sizing fit? What does One Size mean?
Not sure what your size is? Refer to our size guide here. A lot of our kimono styles come in One Size. One Size is made to fit sizes small-large. Perfect if you are between sizes or are buying a present for a special someone!
What is your exchange and return policy?
Learn more about our exchange and return policy here. We do require you to e-mail us in order to receive a return address.
How do I check the status of my order?
You will get an order confirmation once you place your order. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped out you will receive a second order confirmation with your tracking number.
My package hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
Once you have received your order confirmation with shipping notification this e-mail will have a tracking number. We ship our orders out through Canada Post. You can enter this tracking number into the Canada Post website to follow its latest tracking information. Please note that tracking number may not always have the latest detailed information.
